I am very pleased with this product. I did not receive directions, but I looked online and found everything I needed to know. It is an excellent product for reading the air of pathogens, mites, dander debris. I use it occasionally, not every day, ventilating my house afterwards. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has sinus infections or allergies.
I received very well packaged. I have used 2 of the 3 so far. It seems to have gotten rid of the majority of bed bug issues we were having. But still see some small bed bugs. So I am continuing using the lamps to help eradicate them. I am having better luck with these lamps than other means of ridding bed bugs. The rooms I use the lamps in does seem to have a fresher room smell after airing out.
I have been using it about an hour each day and I am very pleased with the results.
We ran this in our damp-smelling basement den. The air is significantly more fresh!
