Yes it appears my hair and skin are softer. As others have said had to adjust the water pressure and it’s good. Thanks.

When I first turned it on the spray was so powerful I had to reduce the pressure via the lever on the shower valve, once I found my desired spray it was fine and enjoy a full, cleansing experience!

The shower head was very easy to install. The spray is powerful and fine. I very much enjoy using it. However, I have not yet discovered how to order replacement filters. Also, the first burst of water coming out is always a bit reddish brown. Not sure why that is.

The first shower had a noticeable affect on my skin and it helps with my hair and very dry skin. I gave it a 4. because it didn't come with great instructions.
